Q: If I book a taxi from the airport and my flight is delayed, will I be charged extra?
A: No we check all flight information so your taxi will be there waiting for you when you arrive.
Q: Do the drivers carry any form of identification with them?
A: Yes all our drivers are fully licensed with Cheshire East Council and carry their ID badge.
Q: If I need a return journey can I book it with the driver?
A: Yes just give the driver all the details and he will arrange it for you.
Q: What happens if when my taxi arrives I decide to go to another destination?
A: Just explain to the driver and he will take you, or despatch another car immediately.
Q: Will my driver know my destination even if it is in a remote area?
A: Yes all the cars are fitted with G.P.S. so we can take you to anywhere in the country.
